Flowerbox Rockhampton was established in Rockhampton in 1975, and has been an Interflora Florist, since March 1999, and stock only the freshest flowers available.

Our Team

The highly experienced and professional team at the Flowerbox Rockhampton has a long and successful history in Rockhampton and Central Queensland.

With a time tested rich history in floristry that spans 50 years, business owner Lynn Russell established Flowerbox Rockhampton in 1975.

Lynn has assembled a team of passionate and talented locally trained florists that devote immense time to their craft, perfecting the latest techniques to showcase only the freshest flowers available.

The local team is on hand daily to bring your floral vision to life.

A broad range of flower stock is kept in optimal condition, with a wide range readily available.

The Flowerbox Rockhampton Tropical Nursery boasts a selection of exotic and tropical plants, backed up with expert advice and service.

Our Nursery has a large range of unusual, exotic and tropical plants , you are welcome to come in and see what is available for this region.

We offer a nursery experience where you can explore and learn about what plants grow well in our region.

Interflora

As a member of Interflora, we keep our store up to date with high standards of floristry and keep in touch with current trends, attending workshops and conferences.

Flower orders can be sent around Australia or Overseas.

Recent Achievements

In 2017 on the Gold Coast at the recent National Interflora Conference Awards Dinner, Queensland 2017 State Winner, Lynn Russell and the Flowerbox Rockhampton team, were also awarded the Australian National Pursuit of Excellence Award for 2017.

This prestigious title is presented to Australia’s best Interflora Member for excellence in customer service and communication skills, flower design, freshness and variety of flowers, and store presentation.

This award is huge considering this Central Queensland regional florist was competing against florists in large urban capital cities and regions right across the country.

The Richardson Road Flowerbox Rockhampton florist has been an Interflora Member for 19 years, and has gained an enviable reputation as Rockhampton’s leading florist.
